I took care of a fish for a few months before it finally succumbed to some disease its former caretaker had allowed to thrived.

When I move to Minneapolis (at this point it seems nearly certain), I'll be living with someone who is allergic to anything with fur or hair that isn't human.

So thank goodness Minneapolis has a chicken adoption organization. I can't wait.

YES! Chris and I really want to adopt a chicken, and we were freaking out on that chicken adoption site for a long time.
